Bell brings 10 years of NLL experience and played collegiate lacrosse at Onondaga Community College.
Joining him on defense is Zachary Young, coming over from the Oshawa FireWolves. Young has three years of NLL experience and was part of Oshawa’s 2024 NLL Finals run. He played college lacrosse at the University of North Carolina and will add a strong physical presence to the Dogs at 6-foot-3 and over 200 pounds.
LEAVING VEGAS
Marshal King was acquired from the Calgary Roughnecks in a trade back in 2022 and played 22 games spanning back to the team’s inaugural season. In those games, he scored 11 goals and added 18 assists.
Josh Jackson was signed in free agency in 2023 after playing collegiate lacrosse at the University of Indianapolis. Over his two and a half seasons with Las Vegas, he appeared in 37 games in the black and white, recording 112 loose balls and forcing 22 turnovers. He also scored nine points.
Casey Wilson was the Desert Dogs’ fourth overall selection in the first round of the 2025 NLL Entry Draft. Due to injury, he never suited up for the team.
Justin Sykes and a 2026 second-round pick were acquired at last season’s trade deadline in exchange for James Barclay. Since then, Sykes has appeared in only one game as a Desert Dog.
